Prof. Arnd Stephan<\/strong> is an electrical engineer and has worked as Professor since 2002. Since 2008, he has been the Chairman of Electric Railways at the Institute of Railway Vehicles and Railway Technology at the Technical University of Dresden. Since 2012, he has been the Managing Director of the IFB Institut f\u00fcr Bahntechnik GmbH, Dresden and Berlin, as well as the Director of the competence centre for high-performance rails and magnetic rail systems at the Technical University of Dresden.<\/p>\n Dr. Sven K\u00f6rner<\/strong> studied Transport Engineering at Technical University of Dresden. He started his career at IFB Institut f\u00fcr Bahntechnik GmbH in 2013.
